Fit

  • Please refer to our sizing guide & size chart to help you measure your foot and choose the perfect fit for comfort and support.

  • Our slippers are designed to fit most feet comfortably and are based on running shoe sizes. Please refer to your running shoe size and If you are between sizes we suggest sizing up to the next available size.

  • Yes we offer exchanges or returns so you can get the right fit without hassle.

  • Currently, we offer full sizes. For feet that fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best comfort and arch support.

  • Our slippers are designed with a flexible EVA midsole and a soft upper to adapt to different foot shapes. If you have particularly wide or narrow feet, sizing up or down slightly can help achieve your perfect fit.

  • smoomees have been engineered with arch support to add a gentle lift for maximum support and comfort. If you have your own custom orthotics you can switch out the smoomees orthotics for your own custom orthotics.

  • Yes! Smoomees have removable arch support inserts, so your custom orthotics can fit right inside. Simply remove the standard insert and place your orthotic in the footbed for a personalized fit.

Ordering

  • We process orders quickly to get your Smoomees to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Smoomees’ journey right to your doorstep.

  • Currently, we ship within Australia. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us and we’ll let you know what options are available.

  • We want every pair of smoomees to arrive perfect. If your order is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact our team right away — we’ll make it right with a replacement or exchange.

  • Absolutely! Smoomees make a thoughtful gift. You can enter a different shipping address at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary based on location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5 business days to metro locations and 8 business days to regional locations. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

  • All Smoomees prices are listed in AUD. If you’re ordering from outside Australia, your bank or payment provider will convert the total to your local currency at the current exchange rate. Any additional fees, such as foreign transaction fees, may be applied by your bank.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We currently ship within Australia. If you’re outside this area, please contact us for international shipping options.

  • Most domestic orders arrive within 5 business days to metro locations and 8 business days to regional locations. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your smoomees every step of the way.

  • Yes! As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking number via email. You can use it to see the delivery progress in real-time.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • While delays are rare, they can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We’ll track it down and make sure you receive your order.

  • We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible if you contact us immediately after ordering. Please reach out as soon as possible to update your address.

  • Yes! You can enter a different shipping address at checkout.

  • If you order internationally, customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

  • We want you to love your smoomees! If your slippers don’t fit or aren’t right for you, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that they are in as-new condition with all original packaging and components included.

  • Yes! Simply click on 'Request a Return" tab in our footer, follow the prompts and we’ll guide you through the easy exchange process to get the perfect fit.

  • To start a return, simply click on "Request a Return" tab in our footer and follow the prompts.

  • Return shipping costs may apply depending on your location. Any costs will be clearly explained when you initiate the return.

  • Once we receive your returned smoomees, refunds are typically received within 3 - 10 business days to your original payment method. The final processing time depends on the customer's bank or credit card provider.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, slippers that have been worn extensively may not be eligible for a full refund. However if the product is in 'as new' condition with all the original packaging and components included they will be eligible for a full refund. 

  • We take pride in quality. If your Smoomees arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately either via the contact us link or contact@smoomees.com — we’ll replace them free of charge.

  • smoomees feature aflexible EVA midsole and outsole using recycled materials, a boucle upper and faux fur lining made from soft, durable, manmade materials that are gentle on your skin. The orthotic insert is made from a high density EVA. Together, these components provide support, comfort, and stability while moving naturally with your feet.

  • Designed from the ground up our slippers are engineered to help with overpronation, plantar fasciitis, Arch pain and lower limb alignment.The structured heel counter keeps your foot stable, the arch support lifts your foot for proper alignment, and the flexible midsole cushions each step — making it easier to stay comfortable on hard floors at home.

  • Yes! The removable arch support insert allows you to replace it with your custom orthotic. Simply remove the original insert and place your orthotic in the footbed. Make sure it fits comfortably and allows your heel to sit securely.

  • Whilst you can clean your smoomees, we advise against using a washing machine as it can damage the shoes and the machine. Instead refer to our care guide

  • smoomees are designed to adapt to most foot shapes. The soft fabric upper flexes around your feet. The flexible midsole accommodates wider feet, and sizing up or down can help if your feet are narrower. 

  • Yes! The materials are soft against the skin, and the footbed is smooth and supportive, so you can wear them barefoot or with socks.

  • Yes you can wear smoomees outdoors but be mindful of a scheduled cleaning routine and following our care tips.

  • With normal use, smoomees are durable and long-lasting. The materials are selected for both comfort and resilience, be sure to follow our care guide to ensure the longevity of your smoomees.

  • Please refer to our care guide. Keep them clean by wiping with a damp cloth and letting them air dry. Avoid soaking or machine washing, as this can affect the midsole and arch support.

  • Yes. They are specifically designed to help reduce strain on your arches, provide heel support, and improve overall foot alignment — making them a great option for people with common foot concerns.
